Long Description

IQ Compendium is a desktop workspace for notes, journals, documents and canvas/whiteboards. You can create and use a local workspace without an account. Import, export and local backup tools help you manage your own work.

If you choose a Cloud workspace and sign in with your own AFFiNE account, optional AFFiNE Cloud sync can make that workspace available across your devices. AFFiNE operates that service and sets its account, storage and sharing terms. Signing in does not automatically upload or convert your existing local workspaces. Cloud sync does not require IQ Wealth.

IQ Wealth is a separate companion app for optional managed AI. When you invoke a Compendium AI action, the prompt, selected text, images you choose and relevant document context may pass through IQ Wealth to its configured AI provider. IQ Wealth owns provider access, model choice, limits and troubleshooting. Other optional AFFiNE service features have their own controls and terms.

AI Disclosure

IQ Compendium includes optional generative AI actions. IQ Wealth is required for those actions, but not for local documents or AFFiNE Cloud sync. When an AI action is used, selected text, a chosen image, the user's prompt and relevant document context may be processed by IQ Wealth and its configured upstream AI provider.

Optional AFFiNE Cloud features such as recording transcription or embedding are separate from the IQ Wealth AI route. Their availability, consent and data flow must be verified in the installed app before this listing is finalised.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Verify important information before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, tax, medical or professional decisions.

Support Copy

IQ support handles Compendium installation, local documents and the IQ Wealth connection. AFFiNE operates AFFiNE Cloud; account, service and Cloud data questions may also need AFFiNE support.

Privacy Copy

Local workspaces remain on your device unless you choose to export, back up, share or use a Cloud workspace. An AFFiNE Cloud workspace sends its content and attachments to AFFiNE's service under the user's own account. Optional Compendium AI actions may send chosen content to IQ Wealth and its configured provider. Read both policies before using these features with sensitive information.

Certification Notes

Compendium's local document use does not require AFFiNE Cloud or IQ Wealth. AFFiNE Cloud sync is an explicit, separate choice; it must not silently upload existing local workspaces. Compendium AI actions use the local IQ Wealth gateway. Public sharing, Meetings transcription, embedding, third-party integrations and their permission gates need final installed-app review before any Store claims about them.
